  • Scott Sterling

    Scott founded Canopy Benefits after many years in the financial services industry, and prior to that, eight years with a Fortune 500 company. Having experience in both management and ownership provides a powerful foundation for what Canopy Benefits stands for, which is summed up in this statement: "Every day we help people like you make your company more profitable and a better place to work." Scott has enjoyed serving on many local boards, working with non-profits and most of all, partnering with clients for their success.

  • Lauren Radford

    Lauren Radford has been a Broker since 2019. Her favorite part of the job is building personal relationships with her clients and their employees. Lauren has lived in Thomasville for 9 years and is honored to serve on several non-profit boards including the YMCA, Hands On Thomas County, and Never Lost.

  • Angela Parrott

    Angela Parrott has been a Benefits Account Manager since 2010. She has had the privilege of assisting our clients with claims, retirement decisions, insurance enrollments and other customer service items. Getting to work closely with our clients and building personal relationships with them through the years is the best part of the job. When not assisting clients, Angela and her husband love to travel.

  • Anthony Sieben

    Anthony started working in employee benefits back in 2020, as an Account Manager and has since become a Benefits Broker with the agency. He helps create custom content such as benefit booklets and enrollment videos, as well as meeting one-on-one with clients to discuss their employee benefits.

  • Philip Ambrose

    Philip began working in employee benefits back in 2015 after leaving an international brokerage in the Kansas City area. He has grown to become a vital part of his client's management team by creating solutions custom to the company's unique goals. In addition, he was gone on to earn his CFP® credentials, which gives him the ability to have a holistic view of his client's family and business financial and insurance needs and milestones by creating a roadmap to their success.
